Welcome to Shenlong Packaging. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, as well as all custom packaging orders, inquiries, and purchase agreements made with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (shenlongpack.com), requesting quotations, requesting product samples, or placing orders for custom flexible packaging and pouches, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Custom Orders & Artwork Approval

Due to the customized nature of our plastic packaging products, specific production standards apply:

• Artwork Requirements: Customers must provide print-ready artwork files in vector formats (e.g., AI, PDF, or EPS) with outline fonts and specified Pantone (PMS) color codes.
• Proof Approval: Mass production will begin strictly AFTER the buyer approves digital proofs, layout drawings, or physical pre-production samples in writing.
• Intellectual Property & Copyright: Customers warrant that they possess all legal permissions, legal trademarks, and copyrights for logos, designs, and content provided to us. Shenlong Packaging shall not be held liable for any trademark or copyright infringement claims resulting from customer-supplied designs.

3. Manufacturing & Printing Tolerances

Custom plastic film blowing, gravure printing, and pouch converting involve inherent industry manufacturing dynamics:

• Quantity Tolerance (+/- 10%): Due to raw material setup and pouch converting processes, the final quantity produced and delivered may vary by up to +/- 10% from the ordered quantity. Commercial invoices will reflect the exact quantity actually produced and dispatched.
• Color Matching: Printing colors are matched against Pantone (PMS) color guides or approved physical samples. A slight variation (+/- 10% shade difference) may occur due to film substrate properties, laminate materials, and ink curing processes.
• Dimension & Gauge Tolerance: A standard technical tolerance of +/- 3mm on bag dimensions and +/- 5% on film thickness/gauge is considered within industry standards.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Quotations: Price quotes are provided based on raw material costs and exchange rates, valid for 30 calendar days from issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Payment Terms: For custom packaging orders, a deposit (typically 30% to 50%) is required prior to cylinder engraving and mass production. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment or against presentation of shipping documents (B/L), as defined in your proforma invoice.

5. Shipping & Freight Risk

• Delivery Estimates: Delivery and production lead times provided are estimates. Shenlong Packaging is not liable for logistics delays caused by shipping carrier bottlenecks, port congestion, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery of goods to the carrier or port of departure according to agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).

6. Quality Claims & Return Policy

• Inspection Upon Arrival: Buyers must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any claims regarding defective products, quantity discrepancies, or damages must be submitted in writing within 15 calendar days of cargo arrival at the destination port/address, supported by clear photo and video evidence.
• Non-Refundable Custom Goods: Custom-printed packaging bags produced in accordance with approved proofs and specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a defect is confirmed to be our manufacturing error, we will either replace the defective portion or issue a credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shenlong Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits or product spoiled inside pouches) resulting from the use or inability to use our packaging products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable commercial laws of our business registration jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
